How to get there

Eitri is located between the Ulriken Cable Car Lower Station, Lab Building at Haukeland Hospital and the BB-building at University of Bergen. Address is Haukelandsbakken 31.

External visitors enter through the main entrance near Ulriken Cable Car.

​

We recommend using public transport or arriving by foot/bike/electric scooter.

Lunde

Torleif joined us in 2021 after leaving StormGeo. There he was part of excecutive team scaling StormGeo from 250 to neary 600 people with 27 offices all over the world. Holds a PhD in Machine Learning and Epidemiology from the Factulty of Medicine and Bjerknes Centre for Climate Modelling.

Maija is an innovation advisor at UiB. She has expertise in technology transfer and research commercialization. She holds a PhD in Life and Health Sciences from University of Nice, France, and has extensive biomedical research background from Europe and US.

Penias is a medical doctor that is currently pursuing a masters in global health at the University of Bergen . He is interested in using a mix of epidemiological methods, AI technology and data science to address health challenges. He is passionate about improving health outcomes through evidence based research resulting from analysis of routinely collected data.

Nordvik

Ida is our super-intern. Normally she is studying innovation at Østfold University College. She is also leader of The Norwegian Association of Disabled for Youth in Western Norway, and has and amazing network at C-level in the Western Norway hospitals
